Amazing staff

They are amazing. My daughter had 2 teeth that were hurting her over the weekend. I called in the dr called me back got her some antibiotics and got her in Monday. I live 75 miles away but the worked her in again on the same day and extracted the two baby teeth that were causing the issue. I won't go anywhere else. We love them!!!!!

Overall, I had a positive experience with Norterra Dentistry. The staff is professional, the facility is clean, and the dental care provided has always been excellent. One area for improvement is appointment scheduling around lunchtime. Patients are given appointment times such as 12:30 PM or 12:45 PM, but the office gate/door is not opened until 1:00 PM due to the lunch break. This can be confusing for patients who arrive on time and end up waiting outside. Other than this scheduling issue, the team provides great service and quality care. I would recommend Norterra Dentistry and hope they can align appointment times more closely with office availability during lunch hours.
