I love this dentist place so much. They always make my daughter feel welcome and it means a lot to me because my daughter is autistic and I am so proud that I met Miss Z who is very patient and very kind with us and I just felt very welcome so thank you, Miss zee For making us feel welcome and ensuring us that our daughter was gonna be in safe hands

I've been taking my kids here for their dental needs for the last three or four years. Overall, it has been a fantastic dentist and orthodontist office to bring them too. They are usually flexible with my schedule when it comes to making the kids appointments, and we never really have to wait around forever to be seen once we arrive. Staff have always been pleasant & friendly when we've interacted with them. My daughter received her braces here, we thought it was a great price and the end results look wonderful, she is very happy with her new smile.
There aren't any big "cons" just a few small things I've made mental notes of while in office.
1. The waiting area is a little small, when they are busy you will need to stand.
2. There are quite a few tiles in the waiting area and back in the ortho section where you can see visible water damage, and each time it seems like there are more spots. I would only suggest they check to make sure it hasn't resulted in any mold from moisture on the ceiling tiles.
3. When we first started going for the braces treatment, we noticed the kids getting them off were given end of treatment "gift baskets" that had some goodies like popcorn and such that they can't eat while they have braces. My daughter thought it was cool & looked forward to it. The day she got her braces off, she and the other kids who had their braces off didn't get anything, but when we came back to check her retainer the other kids were getting cups filled with snacks again. So if you notice it while doing treatment, your child may or may not get that at the end.
4. During one of our visits it was close to closing time, so we were one of the last two appointments. There was one male and one female staffer chatting behind the desk loud enough you could hear the conversation, and the guy cursed several times. I personally don't care as I cuss myself, but if I were someone who did care or were with a smaller child, it would be very unprofessional.
There is plenty of parking, and there is parking next door as well which is where we normally park. The office is generally clean and doesn't have any weird smells. They have a bathroom that customers can use which they keep clean as well, along with a small kids area. For smaller children getting cleanings or dental work done they offer balloons, stickers and a little prize machine.
If you are looking for a reliable office with staff who are willing to help answer questions, help deal with insurance inquires and aren't trying to charge you an arm and a leg then this is a great spot to visit.
